Admiral Linen & Uniform Service is proud to be an independent company in an industry dominated by publicly-traded corporations. The reason we think that's significant is because corporations must concentrate on quarterly returns and responding to shareholder demands, so their priority is not on customer service.
We answer to customers – not shareholders, or Wall Street investment bankers and not hedge fund managers. That spirit is personified by our Route Service Representatives, who deliver products to our customers. Other companies employ Route Sales Reps, meaning their focus is sales, not service.
Admiral employs sales representatives in each of our locations to solicit new business, which allows our Service department to concentrate on serving our customers.
Admiral has deep roots as a service provider to the hospitality industry. We started as a linen supplier in 1948, but our growth has come from providing service to all industries: hospitality, industrial and commercial business and healthcare.
We try to make our service as uncomplicated as possible. Our invoices are easy to read and understand. We don't have secret codes or confusing delivery amounts.
Admiral's Route Service Representatives can adjust delivery amounts up or down, depending on that customer's needs. And we're available after hours, on weekends and holidays if a customer runs out of product.
Admiral purchases the best quality products from reliable vendors. Because we are one of the largest independent suppliers in the country, vendors keep products stocked in warehouses just for Admiral. We can supply what our customers need, when they need it, with consistent quality.
